Governance Built on Integrity

Sound management, ethical conduct, and transparent disclosure are the foundations on which Jioushun builds trust with every stakeholder.

1. ESG Governance Structure

Jioushun’s Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility for sustainability strategy and oversight. Our management team executes ESG initiatives and reports progress to the Board regularly.

To advance sustainable development, Jioushun established the Sustainable Development Committee in 2023. Chaired by the General Manager, the committee brings together department heads to formulate and implement sustainability policies, management guidelines, and action plans.

A dedicated Project Management Team (Auditing Office) operates under the committee to promote sustainability practices across all departments. The committee integrates eight cross-functional departments and is organized into five working groups: Corporate Governance, Employee Care, Social Care, Environmental Sustainability, and Product & Customer Care — the core units driving Jioushun’s sustainability initiatives.

2. Ethical Corporate Management

We hold ourselves and our partners to the highest standards of business ethics.

Code of Business Conduct

All Jioushun employees, managers, and board members are bound by our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. The Code prohibits bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, and insider trading in any form.

Whistleblower Protection

An anonymous reporting channel is available to all employees and external parties. Reports are investigated independently. Reporters are fully protected from retaliation under our whistleblower policy.

Anti-Corruption Policy

We comply with Taiwan’s anti-corruption statutes and require all supply chain partners to adhere to equivalent standards of business integrity.

3. Supplier Management

Our supply chain represents an extension of our values. We evaluate suppliers not only on price and quality, but on safety, environmental compliance, and ethical conduct.

Supplier Evaluation Criteria:
  • Construction quality and technical capability
  • Occupational safety compliance
  • Environmental certifications
  • Labor rights and fair employment practices
  • Anti-corruption and business ethics
Green & Local Procurement Policy

We prioritize locally manufactured materials to reduce transportation emissions and support Taiwan’s supply chain. Environmentally certified products (recycled content, low-VOC materials, green building materials) receive preference in our procurement decisions.
